About plans and billing.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings, Plan and billing in the editor. An upgrade starts straight away; a cancellation runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. One page, unlimited links and 25 themes, with no card and no time limit.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
You move to the free plan unless you choose to pay. You're never charged before a trial ends.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. LinkPortal takes 0% of shop sales and donations on every plan.
Can I use my own domain?
On Professional and Agency, yes. Connect a domain you own, such as links.yourname.com, and your page is served there without LinkPortal branding.
How does the Agency plan work?
You manage unlimited client pages from one login, switching between them like tabs. Each client page gets its own theme, domain, brand kit and analytics.
